The selection and evaluation process of planning what to implement may be beyond the capacity of these entities.
The focus of this Program is to expose small to midsize organizations to thirty or more highly regarded Best Practices, to assist an entity with understanding what they are, how they might help drive improvements, and which fit the entity's goals and objectives, and finally to effectively, yet efficiently, plan an implement.
The Program begins with a one hour overview, presented at no charge, to expose attendees to the conceptual framework for how the project would be conducted, which enables an initial “go or no go:” decision.
